We're a leading e-commerce brand seeking a visionary VP of Marketing/CMO to spearhead our customer acquisition and retention strategies. You'll own the full customer journey, from initial brand awareness to building loyalty and driving repeat business.

In this dynamic role, you'll:

Lead a talented team of marketing experts across paid social, SEO, influencer marketing, creative, and more.
Develop and execute data-driven strategies to acquire new customers across a diverse mix of channels (owned website, Amazon, marketplaces, social media).
Optimize marketing spend to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve ambitious growth goals.
Embrace a culture of experimentation and continuous learning, testing new approaches and iterating based on data insights.
Analyze campaign performance across all channels, gleaning key customer insights to inform future strategies.
We're looking for someone who:

Possesses 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a fast-growth e-commerce environment.
Has a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling both upper and lower funnel marketing campaigns.
Offers an in-depth understanding of online marketing analytics, including Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats.
Is a data-driven leader who can translate complex information into actionable strategies.
Maintains a scrappy mindset and embraces the challenge of tackling ambiguity.
Has a passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of customer acquisition and retention.
