Job Description

We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team at our Miami HQ as a Social Engagement Coordinator. This role is pivotal in developing and executing our video content strategy across various social media platforms and coordinating events that drive engagement and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our marketing, creative, and events teams to produce compelling video content and execute successful events that highlight our unique offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Content Creation:

  • Collaborate closely with account strategists, digital creatives, and other team members to generate impactful video content that drives engagement and results.
  • Participate in the creative strategy process, including brainstorming and storyboarding for video projects.
  • Manage the planning and communication necessary for executing video shoots both on-site and off-site.
  • Edit and animate social ads tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Provide creative direction on motion graphics, typography, and dynamic elements to ensure a high-quality, engaging end product.
  • Assist in technical troubleshooting and support for video-related inquiries.
  • Maintain and oversee the proper use and care of video production equipment.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and development of events, including researching suitable venues and vendors.
  • Provide on-site support during events, overseeing setup, registration, participant guidance, and addressing any unforeseen challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and community partnerships, maximizing outreach and participation.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in video editing, motion graphics, and animation, with a portfolio of past work.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for producing polished and compelling content.
  • Proficiency in video production and familiarity with video-related equipment.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere and After Effects; knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite programs is a plus.
  • Experience creating content for social media channels and digital platforms.
  • Strong ability in motion animations and integrating graphics and text into video content.
  • Ability to merge marketing and creative strategies using video advertising.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Open to receiving creative feedback and capable of iterating on work based on constructive criticism.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of leading projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, and client communications.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination, particularly in the health and wellness sector, is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to attendee engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with event management software/tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required by event schedules.
  • Bilingual - Spanish and English.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Hybrid schedule. 

Hours: 9am-6pm

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the office; Tuesday, and Thursday remote. Additional in-office days are required for event preparation. If events fall on a Tuesday or Thursday, you are required to be in the office.
