Job Summary:
The Sales Associate will be held to the highest standards for honesty and customer service. It will be the Sales Associates duty to assist, educate, and guide customers to the RV that meets their needs while also acting a company liaison between the customer and all departments at the dealership.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Help customers select the unit which best suits their needs and advise on towing requirements
Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units
Present and sell other value-added options
Write deals to present to sales manager
Provide a high quality, professional experience while generating sales for new and used RVs
Conduct effective demonstrations and feature walk around presentations
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients
Utilize customer relationship management software/programs as required
Utilize dealership management software as required
Attend all meetings and training as required
Act as a liaison between customers and all other departments
Know current inventory, be enthusiastic and have strong communication with management
Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
May cross train to perform other duties
Learn all RV categories- tent trailer, fifth wheels, trailers, and luxury motor homes
Any other assigned tasks

Ability to apply techniques of suggestive selling in daily work.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Prolonged periods of walking and standing
Prolonged periods of bending and kneeling
Ability to safely use a ladder and work at heights
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
