Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential job candidates
• Source and screen candidates and coordinate the interview process
• Manage HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee documents
• Issue employment contracts and verify completion
• Issue new employees with enrollment documents
• Conduct new employee orientation
• Respond to HR-related queries within the company
• Input, review, and format HR data for entry into a HR system
• Provide significant contributions and expertise in the areas of employee engagement and retention
• Responsible to work with Recruiting Manager in reporting violations of policy and conduct coaching, discipline, or termination of employees
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor' degree in Human Resources or related business field (preferred)
• Bilingual (English + Spanish)
• Time management skills: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
