Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: washington (Hybrid/Onsite)
Job Description : As a Business Intelligence Analyst, your primary role will be to facilitate data-driven decision-making and support the company's growth. You will work with various teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data, providing actionable insights for strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and data requirements.
Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor business performance.
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and suggest improvements.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Create and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications :
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required (a Master's degree is preferred).
Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role is desirable.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
