The Patrick Dealer Group is seeking a Part Time Receptionist for our Jaguar Land Rover location. You will be responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors, directing them appropriately, answering phones, and completing other administrative duties as assigned. Evenings and Saturdays

BENEFIT PACKAGE

• Starting pay $17/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
• Operate switchboard telephone system.
• Assist the General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.
• Receipt cash and check payments from customers.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise; refer the customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with company procedures.
• Contribute to team efforts.
• Maintain a professional appearance and work environment.

Requirements for eligibility:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Punctual with strong attendance history
• Ability to work effectively with others as well as independently
• Clean driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
