PARALEGAL – PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY
United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry has the pleasure of assisting a reputable pharmaceutical company who is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their legal team. They are dedicated to providing therapies that are safe and effective.
Salary - $170,000-$200,000 depending on experience
Benefits include: Medical, Vacation Days, Sick Time, Parental Leave, 401(k)
Days/Hours – M-F, 9am-5pm (Occasional OT, as needed)
Minimum of 3 On-site days per week.
Responsibilities for the Paralegal:
· Process, generate, draft, finalize and draft contracts
· File US and foreign patent applications
· Generate patent reports
· Review, analyze and negotiate standard contracts
· Draft and maintain correspondence and materials
· Collaborate with attorneys on special projects
