Job Title: Paralegal – Healthcare Industry
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Position Overview:
We are a thriving, top-ranked healthcare company, publicly traded and on the rise. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal to join our Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal and administrative support, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry regulations and company policies.
Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regulatory standards.
Assist in preparing legal correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Conduct legal research as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel.
Manage and organize legal files, documentation, and databases for easy access and reference.
Support risk management initiatives.
Provide general paralegal support as needed to the legal and operations teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field; Paralegal certification is a plus.
3-5+ years of experience as a Paralegal.
Healthcare industry experience.
Strong understanding of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance standards preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
