Job Description

Job Summary: The Operations Support Specialists position at JFS at Home/JFS Senior Care in Boca Raton, Florida will play a key role in supporting our organization’s HR and staffing functions. This individual will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, On-boarding, and other HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting and developing our employees. Compensation This is a full-time, hourly position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing and recruiting candidates for open positions within the organization
• Facilitate the On-boarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and employment status changes
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide support in a timely and professional manner
• Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• HR Assistance experience (Preferably in Healthcare setting)
• Strong understanding & experience of recruitment and on-boarding processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is preferred
