Job Description:

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP meetings.
  
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
  
• Track and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students using evidence-based practices.
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  
• Educate students, families, and school staff on strategies to improve communication skills.
  
• Work with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into students' educational programs.
  

Requirements

• Hold or demonstrate eligibility for ASHA certification.
  
• Possess a Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  
• Be qualified to obtain a Speech-Language Pathology license in Montana, with reimbursement offered for licensing fees.
  
• Recent graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are highly encouraged to apply and will benefit from comprehensive mentorship.
