Title : Workday Data Entry Specialist
Location : Miami, FL (Onsite)
Duration : 6-month contract
Work Requirements : US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with experience in Workday to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within the Workday system. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure data integrity and support our HR and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain data in Workday.
• Validate and verify data accuracy to ensure completeness and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to address any data discrepancies or issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with data entry in Workday or similar HR/finance systems.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an HR or finance role.
