The ability to regularly and timely attend work, cooperative and politely work and deal with others, and to effectively multi-task and work in a stressful environment are also essential functions to this job Benefits: * Health/Dental/Vision Insurance * Ancillary policies including AD&D, STD, Cardiac, Cancer, Critical Illness, Hospital Confinement * Whole and Term Life Insurance * Tuition Reimbursement * Paid Time Off * Immediate 401(k) * Unparalleled Corporate Support Responsibilities: * Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise housekeeping/laundry staff and functions. * Schedule department hours in keeping with census and labor budget. * Order all housekeeping and laundry supplies within budget, maintaining accurate inventory. * Perform housekeeping and laundry duties including mopping, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and disinfecting. * Stock laundry and housekeeping supplies. * Responsible for job-specific training of departmental employees. * Inspect cleanliness of facility sanitation and infection control. * Enforce proper laundry and cleaning techniques to prevent infection Requirements: * Experience in housekeeping with demonstrated supervisory skills. * Ability to organize and communicate well both verbally and in writing.
