Convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS to the marketplace by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing the brand through exciting merchandise presentations and executing operational strategies resulting in positive operating profits.

Sales and Profitability Targets: 

  • Achieve positive results in top line sales, profit and loss management and inventory control
  • Achieve financial success through improvement of measurable statistics that positively impact the store performance.
  • Establish a goal oriented selling culture that focuses on relationship selling, building a client base and exceptional service. 
  • Utilize effective communication skills in training and developing staff, delivering exceptional service to customers, driving business with the merchant group and general problem solving.

     

Team Management & Development: 

  • Exceptional leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a team while creating a highly empowered organization
  • Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Actively recruit all level candidates.
  • Hire, train and motivate a qualified sales team that effectively represents and communicates Hugo Boss to our customers.
  • Provide specific development for the store leadership team and supervisor by assigning accountabilities and training with consistent follow-up and feedback.
  • Perform annual performance evaluations with quarterly review of employee goals.


Customer Service Excellence:

  • Cultivate a relationship with the community via personal involvement, PR events and advertising opportunities.
  • Oversee the development of clientele by leading by example in the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, produce strong results from proactive outreach and the development of a personal business trade.
  • Development of business driving initiatives that build a repeat business or that attracts a new customer.
  • Ensure each associate is actively utilizing their client book in order to generate increased sales through monthly client book reviews and evaluation of their outreach.
  • Ensure all associates complete the sales training program.
  • Model and supervise the selling environment, provide consistent coaching on sales training process in order to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.

 

Operational Excellence: 

  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers and securing facility.
  • Conduct regular store meetings to ensure accurate and consistent communication with employees.
  • Maintain payroll budget and weekly hours to ensure appropriate sales floor coverage by reviewing store schedule and adjusting as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
  • Supervise operational responsibilities to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all markdowns, transfers, damages, shipping and receiving in order to maintain the integrity of the inventory.
  • Oversee loss prevention policies and procedure to be 100% compliant.
  • Knowledgeable in all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all documentation relating to Health & Safety are well recorded and maintained. 
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies followed 
  • Ensure visual merchandising directives are implemented efficiently as per direction and visual standards are maintained at all times.



 

Your profile:

Knowledge, Skill, Experience:

  • Professional sales development and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and client base. 
  • Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business
  • Comfortable in making decisions and mediating conflict within a team-environment
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, time management and leadership skills
  • Proficient in windows-based software such as excel, word and outlook 

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekend and holidays.
  • Standing for extended period of time. 
  • Able to safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders.

 

Qualifications:  

  • College degree in related field preferred 
  • 5+ year’s management experience in a luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
  • Experience operating a high volume and or overlooking multiple store locations.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $85k -$90k. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
