What You'll Do:
As a Clinical Support Services Agent, your primary responsibility is to handle inbound calls, gather the necessary information, and pass it along to the appropriate clinician. You'll often speak with individuals who may be facing emotionally challenging situations, such as concerns about a loved one's health or even recent loss. You'll play a vital role in ensuring they receive the assistance they need.
This role can be fast-paced during peak times but also allows for some slower moments during quieter shifts. Your ability to remain calm and composed will make a significant difference in each caller's experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Process calls from patients receiving home hospice, home health, home infusion services, and more.
Collect critical information and relay it to medical professionals.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when speaking with patients and families.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all communications.
Position Details:
Work remotely after completing a two-week orientation and training program in Gilbert, AZ.
Shifts are Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends required.
Holiday shifts may be required and are paid at time and a half.
Starting pay is $18 per hour, with opportunities for quick pay increases.
Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Accurate typing and keyboard skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating the internet.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a friendly tone throughout calls.
Must have access to high-speed internet on a private network (cannot be shared).
A quiet, private workspace that meets patient confidentiality standards.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Successful completion of a background check and federal work-eligibility verification.
