As a Destination Wedding Planner, your primary responsibility is to meticulously plan and execute weddings in unique and exotic locations, ensuring that every detail reflects the couple's vision and exceeds their expectations. Responsibilities

Client Consultation:

• Meet with couples to understand their preferences, vision, and budget for their destination wedding.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations based on the couple's preferences, theme, and party size.

Logistics Management:

• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, and activities for the couple and their guests.
• Ensure smooth logistics throughout the entire wedding journey, from arrival to departure.

Timeline & Itinerary Planning:

• Develop detailed timelines and itineraries for the wedding weekend, outlining key events, activities, and transitions.
• Plan and schedule any activities the couple and their guests may want to enjoy while at the destination.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of destination wedding trends, locations, and vendors.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial planning.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create unique and memorable experiences.
