Job Overview
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle very busy Data Entry Tasks working closely with our Controller, while also managing front desk responsibilities, ensuring a seamless office environment.
This is a part-time position but could very well turn into a full-time position. Hours would be from 8am-2pm daily (Monday through Friday).
Duties
. Accurately input data
. Answer and direct phone calls
. Greet and assist visitors
. Maintain and organize digital and physical files
. Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with ability to problem-solve
. Excellent communication skills
. Proficient in QuickBooks Online and office software (e.g., MS Office)
. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
. Previous experience is a plus
. Bilingual is a plus
