*Pay rate*
$10.85/hr, plus gratuity.


SUMMARY: To provide exceptional guest service to our guests aboard the Spirit of the Water Cruiseboat.


RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide guests with the highest quality service to exceed their expectations
- Prepare boat for both private and public cruises by ensuring appropriate food, beverages and serving supplies are on hand
- Set up events according to recommended standards and Event Order specifications while presenting an attractive and elegant space
- Maintain cleanliness and order in event spaces and banquet work stations
- Clear spaces after events and begin resetting as needed
- Complete closing cleaning procedures as assigned
- Assist the Boat Captain with various cleaning and maintenance of the boat; uphold U.S. Coastguard standards
-Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- One (1) year wait staff experience
- Previous guest service experience in a similar position preferably in a "teamwork" environment
