Job Description



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Manager to lead the implementation and management of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of processing of agreements – from intake to execution – while proactively coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of contracts and optimal resource allocation. This position requires a strong understanding of contract workflows, the ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent communication skills.

What you'll get to do:

  • Support the implementation and management of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and legal inbox to streamline contract processing. 
  • Collaborate with various internal business partners to process and execute contracts and agreements using DocuSign, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 
  • Ensure appropriate internal approvals and signature authorities are followed in the contract review and approval process. 
  • Monitor contract timelines, milestones, and renewals to avoid delays and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on contract-related matters and resolving issues promptly. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within contract workflows and recommend solutions to increase efficiency. 
  • Stay informed on industry best practices for contract management and suggest enhancements to current processes. 
  • Review and redline contracts as directed by VP Associate General Counsel, Commercial & Privacy. 
  • Assist with other duties as needed and directed.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field. 
  • 6+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related role. 
  • Experience with CLM systems and contract management software, with specific proficiency in DocuSign and Evisort. 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and proactively address contract-related issues. 
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at the same time effectively and efficiently, remain flexible, manage expectations, anticipate needs and respond to changing demands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • Independent, self-motivated, professional and proactive with a strong work ethic and sense of pride and accountability in work 
  • Team player with a positive attitude, self-confidence and enthusiasm

The salary range for this role is $135,000 per year - $150,000 per year.
