Our mission is to protect our clients' rights and help them navigate through life-altering challenges. The complexity and significance of the legal matters we handle make it essential to recruit, develop, and retain a talented team. As COO, you will coordinate the efforts of marketing, sales, team operations, facilities, technology, and finance, ensuring our legal team is set up for extraordinary client service.

Why Work with Us?

Performance-Based Bonuses: Be excited about generous quarterly bonuses that reward your achievements.
Comprehensive Benefits: Take advantage of a 401(k) with employer match, profit-sharing, quality medical, vision, and dental insurance, and a health savings account to help you plan for your future.
Responsibilities:

Execute Business Plans: Implement the firm's business strategies to meet quarterly revenue and profitability targets by effectively managing all aspects of the business.
Performance Evaluation: Analyze and interpret data and metrics to evaluate performance.
Staff Management: Supervise non-lawyer support staff and vendors, overseeing recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Policy Oversight: Ensure the firm's policies and procedures are well-documented, organized, deployed, and regularly audited.
Financial Management: Work closely with the bookkeeping team to review monthly financial reports and guide ongoing tax planning with CPAs.
Team Management: Employ best practices to manage diverse team structures, including in-person, remote, hybrid, and contract staff.
Operational Security: Maintain a fully functional and secure digital environment for the entire team.
Risk Mitigation: Conduct ongoing risk assessments to minimize exposure.
Project Management: Successfully design and manage projects by leveraging process owners and strategic tasks within set timelines.
Promote Positive Culture: Demonstrate effective leadership strategies to foster a positive work environment that retains talent and attracts top candidates.
Qualifications:
