Job Title: Business Analyst (Entry to Mid-Level)
Position Overview:
We are looking for an entry to mid-level Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
Location: Hybrid and Onsite { Arkansas & Florida }
Work Authorization: OPT EAD
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
Conduct detailed business analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Develop and document business processes and workflows.
Identify and analyze key performance metrics to track business performance.
Prepare and present reports and recommendations to management.
Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies.
Work with cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a business analyst role or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
