We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Event Manager to join our growing team. • Team Supervision : Help oversee event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth event operations.
• Attendee Engagement : Engage with event attendees to enhance their experience and provide information.
• Promotional Support : Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials for events.
• Event Monitoring : Monitor event activities and proactively address any issues that may arise.
• Administrative Assistance : Provide administrative support, including preparing event reports and tracking performance metrics.
• Strategic Collaboration : Work with the team to develop and implement effective event strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
• Organizational and multitasking abilities .
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Enthusiasm for event management and event planning.
• Previous experience in event planning or management is a plus but not required.
• A degree in event management , marketing , or a related field is a plus but not required.
